The size of the room was impressive, it was very spacious and I had plenty of space to work on my laptop. The breakfast was good, I especially enjoyed the Japanese style dishes. The location was great as it was easy to access the main city attractions and there were plenty of amenities nearby, such as a supermarket and a coin laundry.

The hotel was quite old and run down, which made it feel uncomfortable and outdated. The air conditioning was not working properly, it only seemed to provide a fan function.

The onsen bath, spacious rooms with tatami and futons, kind staff, convenient location.

The room size was fantastic, it could easily fit five people and the onsen bath was a real treat. the location was also a major plus, it was close to a supermarket and coin laundry. We enjoyed walking through the shopping arcade to find places to eat.

The breakfast was a bit underwhelming with not many options and average taste. the building could use some updating as it had a bit of a run-down charm and some strange smells in the hallway.

The hotel was clean and had great facilities, including spacious rooms and a nice bath area. It was conveniently located right next to a large arcade with plenty of places to eat and close to the station. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Hard to think of anything negative about this hotel.

the hotel was located on the river and right next to a large arcade with plenty of choices to eat and shop. Our traditional Japanese room was super comfortable and had an amazing view of the surrounding area. the staff were very kind and helpful as well.

One thing that could have been better was the smoking policy on the hotel floors as the hallway smelled quite strongly of smoke, but overall it was still an enjoyable stay.
